Gordon Ramsay's green juice recipe
The chef says eating right is the key to triathlon success - he and his coaching team suggest starting the day with this juice, full of green, leafy vegetables
SERVES
Makes approximately 1 pint
INGREDIENTS
Small bunch of kale (a couple of handfuls) Stick of celery One Granny Smith apple, diced One pear, diced Small bunch of parsley Lemon juice to taste
METHOD
Run the kale, celery, apple, pear and parsley through the juicer. Season with the lemon juice to brighten the flavours.
