Celebrity preview: iHeartRadio Pool Party, Gumball 3000, Billy Currington, The Script, Thompson Square, Twisted Sister

We start this weekly Weekend Celebrity Preview and Royal Robin Rundown with breaking entertainment news: the Gumball 3000 rally and celebration at MGM Resorts Village tonight and Saturday is now only tonight. No word on what happens to the skate demo from the legendary Tony Hawk (our Q+A with Hawk was posted at 2 a.m. today) or the set by Jack U, the DJ collaboration by Diplo and Skrillex, all planned for Saturday. Both are likely canceled, but tonight will still be a super-fun time with Deadmau5 and more. Another update: Hawk’s skate demo is tonight at 9! Also on the schedule: The Alchemist, Bun B, Eve and Deadmau5. Also on the outdoor music party scene this weekend in Las Vegas: the iHeartRadio Summer Pool Party at Caesars Palace with Nick Jonas, Chris Brown, Kelly Clarkson, Nicki Minaj, Echosmith and Shaggy streaming live on Yahoo Live and airing on The CW on June 11. Many of them were in town for the 2015 Billboard Music Awards at MGM Grand Garden Arena two weeks ago.
